I love the freshness of your water Kefir it almost feels like a treat to be drinking it xx
Lemon & Elderflower Water Kefir
Light, clean and gently fizzy, with bright lemon first and a soft elderflower finish. Naturally fermented and brewed by hand in Sussex.
What it tastes like
Bright lemon.
Soft elderflower.
A lively little fizz.
Lemon & Elderflower is fresh, subtle and not overly sweet. The lemon gives it a clean, refreshing lift, followed by a gentle floral note from the elderflower.
People are often surprised that something naturally fermented can taste this light and enjoyable.
When to drink it
Serve it ice-cold after lunch when you might normally reach for a sugary fizzy drink, or pour it into your favourite glass as afternoon turns into evening.
It also makes a refreshing non-alcoholic option for celebrations, summer lunches and relaxed evenings in the garden.

Love the flavours - I drink a lot when I get a cold/bug and this eases the symptoms and recovery time is faster
it's v tasty
Great for a treat! I make my own now from one of Roisin's kits.
Love the range of flavours - would definitely try a spicy mango margarita flavoured one…!
I love that not only does it taste amazing, but it is all natural and so good for you
It's delicious, love it!
Love It!
The balance of flavours is just how I like kefir. I heard through the grapevine that you were possibly not doing the big glass bottles anymore, which I understand. I hope there will someday be an alternative and I can buy in larger quantities again.
