Wildling is a fresh, naturally fermented drink. We keep the journey simple and give every order the care it deserves.

Your Water Kefir is made in small batches at the Wildling Potion Shed.

Packed with care
Each order is securely packed to protect the cans while keeping unnecessary packaging to a minimum.

Chilled by you
Place your cans in the fridge as soon as they arrive, then allow them to chill fully before opening.
Planning your order
Delivery information
Here is what to expect after placing your order. Delivery estimates can be affected by bank holidays and exceptionally busy periods.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday. Orders placed before midday will usually leave the Potion Shed within two working days.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within two to three working days after dispatch. Tracking details will be sent by email when your order is on its way.
Delivery area
Our £4.95 flat rate applies to mainland UK addresses. Charges or delivery times for the Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may vary.
Bank holidays
We may hold fresh orders around bank holidays to avoid your Wildling spending unnecessary time in a courier depot.

Wildling is a small business making a fresh product, and every order matters. If your parcel is damaged, leaking, missing or not what you expected, please tell us as soon as possible.
Please include
- Your name and order number.
- A short description of what happened.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Contact within 48 hours of delivery where possible.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Clear answers when plans change
Because Water Kefir is a fresh, perishable product, its return requirements differ from ordinary shelf-stable goods.
Before dispatch
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. We will help where we can, but cannot guarantee changes once packing has begun.
Change of mind
For food-safety reasons, fresh chilled products cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.
Approved refunds
When a refund is agreed, it will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow five to ten working days for it to appear.
