Taster Case of Water Kefir - 6 bottles

This vegan fermented drink is a naturally carbonated, low sugar and low alcohol drink (<1.2%abv). It is made by hand in Sussex using traditional techniques to keep the drink as live as possible. It can be drunk in the morning as an alternative to fruit juice or for a special occasion as an alternative to prosecco.

Keep refrigerated to prevent further fermentation and possible explosion!

Rhubarb & Ginger

Made with fresh ginger and rhubarb fruit - refreshing with a some heat from the ginger.

Ingredients

Water kefir, Sugar (metabolised), rhubarb (13%), ginger (1%), lemon (1%).

(Total sugar 3.4g per 100ml)

Lime & Mint

Made with real limes and fresh mint - refreshing and similar to a mojito.

Water kefir, sugar (metabolised), lime (11%), mint (4%).

Elderflower

Made with Elderflower infusion and lemon juice - a subtly floral and fragrant vibe.
