This vegan fermented drink is a naturally carbonated, low sugar tonic with only four ingredients. It is made by hand in Sussex using traditional techniques to keep the drink as live as possible. It can be drunk in the morning as an alternative to fruit juice or for a special occasion as an alternative to prosecco.
Keep refrigerated to prevent further fermentation.
Once opened drink within three days.

Water kefir, organic sugar (metabolised), rhubarb (13%), lemon juice (4%), ginger (1%).
