Fermenting Workshop - Sunday, 9th February 2025
In this 3-hour session Roisin will teach you how to make water kefir and kombucha. We will discuss the benefits of fermented foods & drinks, alongside lots of flavour inspiration and tasters, and ideas for how to use your fermented creations in smoothies, coleslaw and more. You will leave with a bottle of water kefir and kombucha, in your choice of flavours, alongside all the know-how you need to start making your own fermented creations at home.
