Made with Elderflower infusion and lemon juice - a subtly floral and fragrant vibe.  

This vegan fermented drink is a naturally carbonated, low sugar tonic with only four ingredients. It is made by hand in Sussex using traditional techniques to keep the drink as live as possible. It can be drunk in the morning as an alternative to fruit juice or for a special occasion as an alternative to prosecco.

Keep refrigerated to prevent further fermentation.

Ingredients: Kefir culture, filtered water, organic sugar, lemon juice (3%), organic elderflower infusion (2%), organic apple cider vinegar (1.5%)
