Winter Spices is a naturally sparkling, low sugar, vegan water kefir. It is made by hand in Sussex using traditional techniques to keep the drink as live as possible. It can be drunk in the morning as an alternative to fruit juice or for a special occasion as an alternative to prosecco.
Keep refrigerated to prevent further fermentation and possible explosion!
